 TAKE TIME TO THINK   

Consider what you want to eat🥗. Don't eat just because of food🍲 is there or because it's meal time🍜. 


 If you're really craving something unhealthy, tune into what your cravings might mean. It could be that you want the instant🎗️ gratification of a cake🍰 or chocolate bar🍫 because you're feeling sad😔 or stressed😵‍💫. 

 

Give yourself at least a minute before eating anything to ask yourself whether or not the food🥗 is actually going to be good for your energy💪🏻, digestion and mood🙂.
